More exciting than the old Corvette DPs? Hard to say for certain. They’re definitely a lot closer.

The BOP for prototypes is completely fucked. There’s a rather good race going on from 4th back but the Caddies might as well be in another class.

It doesn’t help when one of the Cadillacs (Gordon) punts the Mazda. Sigh. Was really hoping the Gibson cars would have more pace, but the Cadillacs have more displacement to work with.

To be fair it was only Gordon’s 2nd racing corner in the car, he was in very heavy traffic, and the Mazda should have never been released from the pit lane into a restart.

Gordon racing might actually get my Dad watching something other than Nascar. That and nonsense Nascar has been having with their rules.

IMSA produces some spectacular multi class racing at times. Not entirely sure what races Gordon will be at though, since he is retired and all.
